Country should not be pushed into instability: NC senior leader Poudel

TANAHUN, Senior leader of Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Poudel has warned against pushing the country into instability and political chaos.

In a face to face programme organised by the Reporters Club here in district headquarters today, leader Poudel argued that his party only can lead the nation towards development and prosperity and such leading role is nearer to NC due to the ongoing polarisation in national politics.

Leader Poudel argued that the incumbent government failed to meet public aspirations despite having a clear majority and mandate.

On another note, leader Poudel said that his party was waiting for the court verdict on parliament dissolution move, hence, NC was not thinking about going for a joint protest.

Leader Poudel also called for correcting the decisions made by the party leadership breaching the party statute.
